Dear Fellow Leader and Business Owner,

I write to you as I enter what I call the “last mile” of my journey. After more than 40 years in corporate leadership—including 25 years as CEO across multinational corporations, publicly listed firms, and SMEs—I have reached a season of retirement. Yet, I do not see retirement as a conclusion, but as a mandate for stewardship.
